In a landmark move announced in July 2026, Demei Chemicals took a pivotal step in our internationalization strategy by acquiring GloBS Chemical, Ltd., a specialty chemical supplier based in Daugavpils, Latvia. Effective August 1, 2026, GloBS Chemical operates as our wholly-owned subsidiary, fully integrated into our management system. This acquisition is more than an expansion; it is the creation of our "Baltic Gateway"—a strategic European foothold designed to facilitate market access, ensure regulatory compliance, and integrate supply chains across the EU.
This strategic move transforms our dynamic with Europe from a purely trade-based model to a deeply integrated, localized partnership.
