Used as a high-performance surfactant. Applications include industrial and institutional (I&I) cleaners, lubricants, emulsifiers for agricultural formulations, and wetting agents in textile processing. The branched alkyl chain provides excellent detergency and hard water tolerance, while the sulfate group offers strong anionic charge.
