Poloxamine 904 is a tetrafunctional polyether block copolymer surfactant composed of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide units. It is widely used as a nonionic surfactant, emulsifier, dispersing agent, solubilizer, stabilizer, and wetting agent. Applications include pharmaceutical formulations, ophthalmic preparations, cosmetics, personal care products, detergents, industrial cleaners, polymer processing aids, and specialty chemical formulations. It can improve emulsion stability, enhance active ingredient dispersion, and modify surface properties.
